Since 1963, we have been involved in the production and sale of Salento extra virgin olive oil in the south of Puglia (Italy), specifically in Carmiano (Lecce), as olive growers and millers for three generations.

BOSCHINO® 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, category fruity , obtained in October from greener olives that are not yet ripe, it has an intense emerald green color with medium fruity notes and distinct herbaceous characteristics, selected and handpicked directly from the trees of native varieties of Salento (Multivarietal): Coratina, Picholine.
On the palate, it opens elegantly and smoothly, with good fluidity and body, a taste that recalls artichoke and cardoon, with distinct bitter and spicy notes that are well balanced.
It is a high-quality oil obtained from centuries-old olive groves in Salento through early harvesting, using cold pressing at the company oil mill on the same day as the harvest. Thus, its oleic acidity is incredibly low, making it a highly prized oil of exceptional quality and excellence.
Santa Lucia® - balanced
Description:
SANTA LUCIA® 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, category balanced, with a yellow-green color and golden reflections, obtained by crushing olives at just the right ripeness, selected and picked directly from the tree of local varieties from Salento (Multivarietal): Cellina di Nardó, Leccino, Nociara, and Frantoio.
With a delicate and balanced character, it releases pleasant mildly bitter and spicy notes on the palate, while the aroma recalls delicate herbaceous and almond-like hints.

The product has very low acidity and is rich in essential unsaturated fatty acids, natural protectors against aging and cardiovascular diseases.
It is best expressed when drizzled over boiled fish, white meats, soups, and all other delicate foods or naturally flavorful ingredients.
