Packaging and Bottling of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The bottling and packaging of Puglia extra virgin olive oil, produced at the Schirinzi oil mill, takes place in premises adjacent to the olive pressing areas. State-of-the-art facilities are used for bottling and packaging extra virgin olive oil in bottles and cans of any type and capacity.
Decantation in Stainless Steel Silos and Storage
The pressed oil is sent for packaging after undergoing natural conservation and decantation in food-grade stainless steel silos under controlled temperature conditions, as well as all qualitative controls on the oil, both chemical and organoleptic, through tastings and panel tests.
Once certifications and panel tests on the oil produced by third-party analysis laboratories are obtained, the oil is packaged in the formats requested by customers: 5-2-1 L cans, 0.75-0.50-0.25 L bottles with anti-refill caps approved for restaurant tables, as well as 100 and 20 ml pocket-sized single-dose packages. After packaging, the product is stored in premises with controlled temperature systems awaiting sale in our Salento oil sales points, throughout Italy/abroad, and directly through our online oil shop VenditaOlioPuglia.com.

Private Label extra virgin olive oil labeling service
The bottling service can also be provided in the form of Private Label, limited to the labeling service of our produced olive oil but with the client’s brand (distributor, retailer, or restaurateur). We will take care of preparing the label for the client in compliance with regulations.
This activity is particularly successful in the restaurant sector, where operators use branded oil bottles on tables for diners (private label).
