Here you can find all the production of our Natural brined olives (pitted and whole) of the Celline di Nardò, Leccine, and Termite di Bitetto varieties, handpicked from our olive groves in Salento, Puglia, just a few kilometers from the Ionian Sea.
The olives are harvested in October and depraved within 24 hours with brine; after 4-5 months, they are selected, jarred, and pasteurized.
