This cookie policy is provided for the website https://www.pugliaextravirginoliveoil.com/ (Site). The document has been drafted taking into account the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR), the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003), and the Guidelines of the Privacy Authority (especially the Guidelines on the use of cookies issued on July 10, 2021).

What are cookies and what are they for
A cookie is a text file that a website visited by the user sends to their device (computer, mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet), where it is stored to be sent back to that site during a subsequent visit.

First-party Technical Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the functioning of the Site and cannot be disabled. They are usually defined as a response to actions taken that constitute a request for services, such as setting cookie preferences, logging in, or filling out forms, and navigation preferences.

- The Site issues navigation or session cookies that ensure normal navigation and proper enjoyment of the Site.
- The Site also issues cookies that document your consent to the release of profiling cookies and your related preferences. These cookies recognize you on your second visit to the Site so as not to require again consent for the installation of profiling cookies.

- The Data Controller communicates/shares data with the company responsible for managing advertising campaigns and/or the web agency managing the Site.
Information Retention
