Extra virgin olive oil Certifications
The Schirinzi Oil Company implements the following internal and external certification processes:
- internal Self-checking system in compliance with EU Regulation 852/2004 on Hygiene and Quality of food products (HACCP).
- extra virgin olive oil certified 100% Italian;
- extra virgin olive oil certified cold extracted with extraction at less than 27 degrees;
- certification from an external laboratory of the commercial category of extra virgin olive oil before bottling. Verification of chemical parameters required under EU Regulation 61/2011 and sensory parameters as per EU Regulation 640/2008 through an official panel group (See below for analysis of each oil produced).
