Extra virgin olive oil third-party services in the oil mill
In our olive mill in Carmiano (Lecce), we provide cold olive milling services for third parties for agricultural producers in the province of Lecce who make a prior request at the beginning of the season.
The olives are milled with cold extraction using state-of-the-art continuous cycle systems within the day following the delivery of the olives to the mill, after a meticulous quality check on the harvested olives.
Interested producers are invited to express their interest in the olive milling service before the start of the olive oil campaign in order to provide more complete information on the procedures to be followed for the delivery of olives and the collection of the produced oil.
Storage and bottling of oil on behalf of third parties
Furthermore, the extra virgin olive oil obtained from the milling of olives on behalf of third parties may, at the discretion of the individual olive producers, be left in storage at our premises in dedicated silos awaiting subsequent packaging, taking advantage of our oil packaging service on behalf of third parties.
Therefore, our services are not limited only to the milling of olives on behalf of producers, but also to the subsequent phases of storage and deposit of the oil in stainless steel silos in temperature-controlled environments, as well as subsequent phases of bottling and labeling on behalf of third parties.
ATTENTION
In our facility, the bottling and packaging service for third parties is carried out exclusively for the oil produced from olives milled at our olive mill and stored on deposit at our premises.
Therefore, we do not offer this service for oils coming from third-party facilities or olives not milled at our mill.
