Phase pressing of the olives

Once collected and supplied the olives for pressing in their own oil mill by our company from all the technical procedures for the extraction of extra virgin olive oil from the paste takes place under conditions of lower temperature level which can not exceed 27° C so that we can boast of the mention of oil Cold Extraction. Phase energy use during the processes

Regarding the aspect of energy utlizzata during all processes of pressing, bottling and storage of the product in 2012, the Company Olearia Schirinzi it is equipped with a photovoltaic system sull’opificio in which the activity takes place. The system created allows a total annual production of 100 MWh , thus allowing the next few years, and since the oil campaign , 2012, to fully cover the annual electricity demand of electricity necessary to your business, whether that third parties on their own. In this case, the environmental impact is then cleared using only clean solar energy.
